7 Best Tips to Have the Best Day of Your Life

#1. BYPASS THE SNOOZE BUTTONAfter you hit snooze and drift off, your brain starts its sleep cycle all over again. When the alarm goes off the second time, you’re likely at an even deeper, earlier part of your sleep cycle, which results in you feeling even worse than you did the first time. Prolonged wake up makes you more tired and irritable. Start having a regular sleep cycle. Instead of hitting the snooze button, stick to a regular sleep schedule and get up a little earlier.

#2. PRAY - Prayer is very powerful. Trust God that He will take care of you and let Him guide you. If you think prayer is not powerful, then you are wrong. Why don't you try it? There's nothing wrong if you will try it. It will not harm you either.

Here are two wonderful prayers for you:

Dear Lord, what a wonderful morning!
Thank you for the joy that awakes me.
I pray that my thoughts, words and actions
may be divinely led by You.
I know that I can move forward in confidence,
knowing that my steps are guided.
In times of doubt, heartaches and trials,
please send me Your inspiration and guidance.
Lord, help me not to limit my future by my past.
Help me to be open to all exciting possibilities
for your love knows no boundaries.
Thank You for providing all my needs
as well as my family's needs.
Thank You for being there.
Thank You for always taking care of me.
In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

Here is another one:

Dear Lord, good morning to You.
Good morning, dear Holy Spirit.
Thank You for this new day.
I ask for Your protections and care
over my loved ones and myself.
Cover us with Your most precious blood.
Deliver us from all accident, harm and danger,
From people with bad intentions and
from all works of the devil.
Lord, help me recognize Your intervention
   in my life
So I will not take You for granted.
Help us to continue to listen and grow.
May we continue to live daily by faith.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

3. EAT - "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." We’ve heard this fact since we were a kid and yes it is true. Research says that breakfast prevents you from snacking on sugary and unhealthy snacks before lunch. It provides the energy and nutrients that lead you to increased concentration and productivity and prevents mid-morning slumps.

Based on my experience and I'm sure yours too, we don't care about research and scientific facts sometimes, but if we do not take our breakfast, it doesn't feel right and it doesn't feel good for the rest of the day, right? So, eat. :)

4. EXERCISE YOUR BODY - Not everyone loves physical exercises. I know and I understand that this is not the easiest morning habit to master, but if you can find a way to do it, even a short amount of time with a raised heart rate is beneficial.  A morning run can make you alert. If you don't like running, play your favorite music and DANCE, even just for a few minutes! You can even do simple exercises like jumping jacks to make you alert which in turn leads to higher productivity and focus.

5. TAKE TIME TO LOOK GOOD AND SMELL GOOD - Studies show that when you are confident in our appearances, it helps you to be more productive and have an overall happier perspective. It feels good to look good and smell good!

6.  KNOW YOUR PRIORITIES AND SET YOUR DAILY GOALS - Keeping a set focus on your purpose makes you more motivated. Know the difference between right and wrong. Make sure to do the right thing .Don't think twice. Learn to discipline your mind.

Exercise your brain
Reflect
Yoga
Stay positive
Start social
Oh yes, I know you already read and hear a lot of things that can help you to be successful, happy and have the best day of your life. Sometimes, you get discouraged and demotivated. You keep on forcing yourself to do everything but still, it's not working. You get hurt. But NEVER lose hope. You don't mean to say "I'm tired. I feel like giving up." Don't worry, I understand you.

7. PRAY HARDER! - You have to trust me on this. I am your living proof. :) Remember: You should learn not to take God for granted. Don't ignore the "I knows" and be quick to obey to God's voice. I am assuring you, you will have your best days ahead. Try it :)
