The Best Kare Kare Recipe

 Kare Kare Recipe:

This a very famous Filipino dish. Everyone loves it!

The most common cut of beef used is tail or leg. I like it better with round beef or sirloin cut. Others use oxtail, pork leg and others prefer adding tripe to be more traditional.

This is thickened in a peanut-based sauce and best partnered with shrimp paste on the side to be more enjoyable. We all love it with bagoong (shrimp paste). For me, Kare Kare is not Kare Kare without bagoong on the side. I can't fully enjoy this dish without it.

There are so many Filipinos around the world and Im sure all of them know this incredible dish. Im sure everyone has a lot to say about it because this is really something else.

I want you to try this recipe and tell me what's on your mind.
