No-Bake Citrus Cheesecake Recipe:

Don't judge the book by it's cover! LOL

I just love no-bake citrus cheesecake! I really really really love this dessert. It's so easy and tastes heavenly. It is a must-try because the fact that it doesn't require an oven, I can say that this is absolutely addicting because of its scrumptious taste, creaminess and light flavors. I totally recommend this to everyone.

No-Bake Citrus Cheesecake Recipe:


- 250g biscuit crumbs (I used Graham Crackers)
- 175g melted butter
- 500g softened cream cheese (I used Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
- 400g sweetened condensed milk
- 300ml all purpose cream
- 3 tbsp gelatine powder
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

No-Bake Citrus Cheesecake Recipe: 


1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a spring form pan. Refrigerate.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
3. Beat in condensed milk, all purpose cream and gelatin until smooth, then add lemon juice. Beat until smoothly combined.
4. Pour mixture into prepared base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Feel free to decorate your cake. Here, I simply used all purpose cream and put cherries on top. Please don't judge my photo. Lol! It is really yummy! :)
