Requirements for Visiting the Philippines Without a Visa
If you are a citizen of one of the 157 countries listed, you can show up to the Philippines without a visa, but the Philippines’ Bureau of immigration requires two things: that you (1) “hold valid tickets for your return journey to your port of origin or next port of destination” and (2) “that your passport is valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay.”

Citizens of Brazil and Israel Travelling to Philippines Without a Visa (59 days)
Based on existing agreements, Brazilian and Israeli nationals are given fifty-nine (59) days stay in the Philippines, as long as they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports are valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay.
Citizens of Hongkong and Macau Travelling to Philippines Without a Visa (14 days)
Holders of Hong Kong Special Administrative (SAR) passports, and Holders of Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding fourteen (14) days. This applies as long as (1) they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and (2) their passports are valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay.
Macau-Portugese and Hongkong British Passport Holders Travelling to Philippines Without a Visa (7 Days)
Holders of Macau-Portuguese passports and holders of Hong Kong British passports are allowed to stay in the Philippines for 7 days without a visa, provided that (1) they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and (2) their passports are valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay.
Extending Your Tourist Visa in the Philippines
If you would like to extend your visa while in the Philippines, you may visit any of the Bureau of Immigration offices in the country to request a visa extension.
